New stories…new adventures
So here I am in summer vacation. I just graduated high school and am college bound. The first night I got my computer, I ended up writing, and now I think I am going to turn it into a full fledged novel. It borderlines supernatural, but it is also mystery and modern. I have the characters set up fully and I know what’s going to happen, but a part of me is letting the story write itself and then I (with help from 2 friends) edit it.
I may be a dork, but I am so excited!

New computer!!
So, at 2:40 pm this afternoon, I bought a new laptop. I’m completely stoked. It’s a HP Pavilion Entertainment Notebook. It’s amazing!! …and so pretty too!
Lately, I’ve been focusing more on my music, but writing has become an easier task as well. A few of the songs for the new album were originally poems, which says something about my writing.
Well, I’m just here for a check up!
YAY for new computers!!!

Memorial Day Splendor
Horray for holidays!
Today is devoted for kicking back and spending time with friends. My parents are going to a picnic at my Uncle Denny’s house, and they’ve allowed me to stay home, if I wish. Which.. to sadly state, I’m excited about it. Not that I don’t like those relatives, but whenever I discuss something, someone gets upset about it and a debate comes out of it. Whatever.
Other than that, I’ve written this new introduction. I was in class when I wrote it and I believe that I can write off of it. That’s my plan.
Well.. not a long entry here.

New Project
So, I’m writing a novel.
That has werewolves in it.
Where do I start?
I’ve been watching “Supernatural” on CW for quite some time, and I read Anne Rice and I recently just finished all of the “Twilight” series.. so I know supernatural fiction, but I’m not sure how I should research it. It’s weird.

Inspirations.
Why oh why is it hard to find inspiration? Every time I end up having some sort of “inspiration”, I end up losing it and hating myself because of it. When I have it, I can write my ass off because I have something that is pushing me. Not having any inspiration is hurting me.
There are multiple times when I’ve had friends say… “Write what you know”. Well, it’s not that easy. I can create solid characters that I believe in that are inspired by the people in my life right now, but if I don’t have a plot to center them in… then I’m dead. My story would be dead.
If only I can find something to give me some inspiration….
I’m going to snuggle up with my blanket & tea, and going to watch my chick lit movie-thon. (Turns out Marsh actually had to do something productive today… so I’m doing something productive. ;D)
Movies on my list??! Well glad you asked. Pride and Prejudice, The Jane Austen Book Club, and Bridget Jones… good choices.
